Absolutely. If you already have a relationship with an architect or designer, we're happy to work with them. We also have trusted local professionals we've worked with for years who we can recommend. Our job is to build what's designed — we're flexible on who does the designing.
We intentionally keep our project volume low — typically 4 to 5 homes per year, with a maximum of 10. This is by design. Keeping volume manageable means every client gets direct attention from Mike, every build is personally overseen, and quality stays consistent.
