We work with local draftsmen, architects, and engineers to design your truly custom home from dream to reality. We start by finding your land/lot and then orient every aspect to fit the sun, shade, and view that you desire most. Once the design is perfect, we move to the building process.
After we get your permit in hand, we are ready to start building. We have a team of local subcontractors that we have worked with for years. This allows us to get you a competitive price with very personalized service. We are not a production building company. The most we have ever done in one year is ten homes and average 4-5 in recent years. We only do custom jobs. While it is not as profitable as some builders we have found that it keeps us fairly recession proof. We look forward to exploring your project with you.
